I just recovered from a concussion I got on Friday; I was jumping around like an idiot right after school, I slipped, I fell backwards, and hit my head on the grass. That was loads of fun. I even felt my brain move inside my head!

So, I went to the emergency room because I was feeling really strange. The doc told me that I would be better within a few days, and he told me to rest and drink lots of water- oh, and get this. He instructed me not to do homework of any description. Foolishly, I went against his wishes and attempted to do a chemistry worksheet. Really bad mistake. It appears that I have forgotten how to do stoicheometry, and it landed me with a really bad headache to go with the excruciating neck pain.

Fortunately, I'm feeling better and I got my new glasses. They're just like my old ones: thick, black plastic ones with square frames. Since I shaved my head, I look even more like a geek when I wear them. But, at least I can see, and I am able to respond appropriately when people wave at me from a long distance away.
